Our Warranty States: Ricks Drywall does not guarantee to repair areas damaged by roof leaks, plumbing leaks, homeowner damage or similar damage beyond its control. Ricks Drywall reserves the right to make final judgment as to the nature, cause and method of repairs and if they are covered by the warranty.
Ricks Drywall guarantees each job for a period of two years from settlement date against pops and cracks due to settlement movement and shrinkage. Within the two-year period, Ricks Drywall will return to the jobsite one time to repair the above items. It is recommended that the building go through two seasons (10 to 12 months) before making these final repairs. The repairs will be made so as to require little or no sanding. Ricks Drywall is not responsible for sanding or painting areas repaired. This warranty applies only to jobs that have been entirely controlled by Ricks Drywall from beginning to end. We are not respondsible for any unauthorized work. The warranty will void if at any time during the project, unauthorized work is preformed. Unauthorized work is considered anyone other than Ricks Drywall team or customer preformed actions pertaining to the project.

Every effort has been made by our crews to provide you with the finest wall finish possible. However, there are certain characteristics of drywall of which you would be aware that may cause conditions beyond the control of our workmen. These conditions are in no way due to faulty workmanship or materials.
